Review of high-temperature solid bulk waste heat recovery technology

摘要 目前我国工业能源消费总量占全国能源消费总量的2/3,但在工业领域能源利用中还存在能源利用效率低、单位GDP能源消耗大等问题,因此工业节能是降低我国能源消耗、减少碳排放的重点任务。在高温工业生产过程中,高温固体产品及废渣等的余热量很高,但目前高温固体散料余热大部分得不到有效回收。以高温工业领域固体散料热能的回收利用技术为研究对象,重点梳理现有的主流干式冷却换热技术及其装置,展望未来高温工业领域固体散料余热资源回收技术的发展方向。 At present, China’s total industrial energy consumption accounts for two-thirds of the country’s total energy consumption. What’s more, there are still problems in energy utilization in the industrial sector, such as low energy efficiency and large energy consumption per unit of GDP. Therefore, industrial energy conservation is the focus of China’s energy conservation and emission reduction efforts. In the process of high-temperature industrial production, the waste heat of high-temperature solid products and waste slag is high, but at present, most of the waste heat of high-temperature solid bulk is not effectively recovered. This paper focuses on the waste heat recovery technology of high-temperature solid bulk materials. It focuses on combing the existing mainstream dry cooling heat transfer technology and its devices, and foresees the future development direction of waste heat recovery technology of high-temperature solid bulk materials.
