1例COVID-19合并抑郁症患者的药物治疗评价与药学监护

Evaluation of Drug Therapy and Pharmaceutical Care in A Patient with COVID-19 and Depression

目的为临床药师参与COVID-19合并抑郁症患者的药学监护提供参考。方法:临床药师参与了1例COVID-19合并抑郁症患者的治疗过程,优化治疗方案并提供全程化的药学监护。结果:此例患者在新冠肺炎治疗期间,因病情复杂,合并用药种类较多,在治疗过程中出现癫痫发作,药疹及肝功能异常,临床药师经过药物治疗分析和评价之后,为临床医生提供相应的调整策略,并实施全程化的药学监护。最终,患者感染等症状控制,治愈出院。结论:临床药师能在COVID-19患者治疗的过程中协助临床医师不断优化调整方案,为患者的治疗起到积极的作用。

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for clinical pharmacists participating in the pharmaceutical monitoring of a COVID-19 patient with depression. METHODS The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of a COVID-19 patient with depression,optimized the treatment plan and provided full-course pharmaceutical monitoring. RESULTS During the treatment of COVID-19 in this patient,due to the complicated condition and many types of combined medication,seizures,drug eruptions and abnormal liver function were occurred during the treatment. After the analysis and evaluation of the drug treatment,the clinical pharmacists provided corresponding adjustment strategies for the clinicians and implemented a full-course pharmaceutical supervision.Eventually,infection and other symptoms of the patient were controlled and cured. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can assist clinicians in continuously optimizing and adjusting programs during the treatment of COVID-19 to patients,and play a positive role in the treatment of patients.
