摘要
以深海逃逸舱O形密封圈为研究对象,采用ABAQUS软件建立2维轴对称有限元模型,针对O形圈的安装预压缩、单侧海水施压和双侧海水施压3种工况开展密封性能及力学特性研究,并以O形圈截面直径、压缩率和海水环境压力为变量因素分析其对O形圈密封性能和力学特性的影响。结果表明:所选O形圈在特定变量范围内的密封性能良好,不发生失效现象;O形圈安装预紧力随其截面直径、压缩率的增大而显著增大;逃逸舱解脱过程中,O形圈对其产生的作用合力表现为对对接法兰面的顶推力,该顶推力有利于逃逸舱解脱,且其大小随O形圈直径和压缩率的增大而增大。研究结论可为逃逸舱连接及解脱装置的设计提供参考依据。
Taking the O-shape sealing ring of the deep-sea escape capsule as the research object, the ABAQUS software is used to establish a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model to conduct the research on sealing performance and mechanical properties of three kinds of working conditions, that is, O-ring pre-compression, single-side seawater pressure and double-side seawater pressure. The influence of variable factors such as cross sectional diameter, compressibility and seawater pressure on sealing performance and mechanical properties is analyzed. The result shows that the sealing performance of the selected O-shape sealing ring is good without failure within a certain variable range. The installing pre-compression force of O-ring increases significantly with the increase of its cross sectional diameter and compressibility. During the release of the escape capsule, the contact force generated by the O-ring can be expressed as the top trust force to the butt flange, which is beneficial to release, and its value increases with the increase of the O-ring diameter and compressibility. The study result can provide reference basis for the design of the escape capsule connection and release device.
