摘要
针对深海采矿矿浆输送的需求和工作特点,论证分析矿浆输送泵的结构型式。为减少泵在运行过程中出现的堵塞和磨损等情况,重点探讨样机中矿浆颗粒的通过性。通过两相流数值模拟计算,揭示矿浆颗粒在泵内部的分布特性和流动轨迹。试验结果表明,样机性能达到设计要求,流动稳定,具有较好的参考价值,可为矿浆泵的进一步改进完善提供依据。
The structure type of the slurry transporting pump is demonstrated and analyzed according to the demand and working characteristics of deep sea mining slurry transportation. The passability of the slurry particles in the prototype is focused on in order to reduce the situation of the pump being blocked and worn during operation. The distribution characteristics and flow trajectory of the slurry particles in the pump are revealed through the two-phase flow numerical simulation calculation. The test result show that the prototype performance meets the design requirements with stable passability, which has good reference value and can provide a basis for further improvement of the slurry pump.
