蒲元和胃胶囊联合铝碳酸镁与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡疗效及对患者血清学指标的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Puyuanhewei Capsule Combined with Hydrotalcite and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Negative Gastric Ulcer and Its Influence on Serological Indicators

目的:观察蒲元和胃胶囊联合铝碳酸镁与奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阴性胃溃疡的临床疗效,及对患者临床症状、血清学指标的影响。方法:80例Hp阴性胃溃疡患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁片1 g,po,tid,奥美拉唑镁肠溶片20 mg,po,bid。联合组在对照组基础上加用蒲元和胃胶囊1 g,po,tid。连续治疗4周后,观察两组临床疗效和药品不良反应发生率,比较两组患者治疗前后恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、反酸以及便秘等临床症状评分,以及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平变化情况。结果:联合组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);两组药品不良反应发生率无明显差异(12.50%vs.22.50%,P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项临床症状评分均较治疗前明显降低,血清MDA水平也较前明显降低,血清SOD、NO水平则较前升高(P<0.05);且联合组各项临床症状评分与血清各成分水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲元和胃胶囊联合铝碳酸镁与奥美拉唑治疗Hp阴性胃溃疡的临床疗效较好,能加快溃疡创面愈合,改善患者临床症状和体内血清MDA、SOD、NO水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Puyuanhewei capsule combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)negative gastric ulcer and its influence on clinical symptoms and serological indicators.Methods:80 cases patients with Hp negative gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took oral hydrotalcite tablets,1 g,po,tid;oral omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,20 mg,po,bid.Patients in the combination group,on the basis of the control group,took Puyuanhewei capsules were taken orally,1 g,po,tid.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups.The score of clinical symptom such as nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux and constipation before and after treatment,changes of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(12.50%vs.22.50%,P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decresed compared with that before treatment,the serum MDA level was also significantly decresed,and the serum SOD and NO levels were significantly increaesed compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical symptom scores and serum levels of the combined group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Puyuanhewei capsule combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole in the treatment of Hp negative gastric ulcer is better,which can speed up the healing of ulcer wounds,improve clinical symptoms and serum MDA,SOD,NO,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
