摘要 目的:对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情后期公众正确使用口罩情况进行调查,并与疫情前期调查结果进行比较。方法:2020年3月18~22日再次通过微信平台发放"新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间口罩使用调查问卷",对公众使用口罩的情况进行调查,调查问卷内容包括口罩佩戴、摘取口罩及口罩密闭性、处置废弃口罩的处理方式等共14个条目。评分方法以防控疫情、控制病毒传播的重要性程度不同进行赋值,根据公众选择不同条目的总分值来判断其掌握情况。结果:疫情后期口罩使用的正确率明显提高。但公众对"废弃口罩处理方法""取口罩会闭上眼睛""口罩塑形方法""头戴式口罩摘取方式"等步骤仍不尽人意,正确率分别为51.12%,64.84%,68.58%和82.29%,但较疫情初期有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:经过政府宣传,口罩使用全部项目正确率明显提高;但仍有部分项目正确率有待进一步提高,故需有针对性地采取干预措施,帮助公众正确使用口罩。 Objective:Our previous study showed that public awareness of the correct use of masks was not enough during the early outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).The government has propagandized the proper use of masks through various channels.To investigate the use of masks by the public in the post-epidemic period of COVID-19 and provide scientific basis for the formulation of relevant regulations.Methods:The"mask use questionnaire during COVID-19 epidemic"was again carried out by We Chat platform during 18 th-22 nd March 2020 to investigate the use of masks by the public.The questionnaire consisted of 14 items,including wearing,removing and the disposal of masks.The options were assigned according to their importance in controlling the epidemic and preventing the spread of the virus.The public’s mastery was judged by their overall scores.Results:This study showed that around half(51.12%)of the respondents could handle the discarded masks correctly.64.84%people would close their eyes when removing their masks and 68.58%knew how to make the proper shape when wearing masks.The majority(82.29%)mastered the remove method of the headband masks.Moreover,there was a significant improvement compared to our previous study in most items(P<0.01).Conclusion:After the propaganda of government,the accuracy rate of mask use in the post-epidemic period has improved obviously,while the above-mentioned items still need to be further improved.Therefore,targeted interventions should be taken to help the public properly use masks and ensure the smooth epidemic prevention work of COVID-19.
