超声引导下胆囊置管术在急性胆囊炎治疗中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Ultrasound Guided Gallbladder Catheterization in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

目的探讨超声引导下胆囊置管术在急性胆囊炎治疗中的临床应用。方法选取2016年10月-2020年9月普外科急性胆囊炎就诊患者54例,分为两组,观察组为超声引导下胆囊置管引流+腹腔镜下胆囊切除病例22例,对照组为腹腔镜下胆囊切除病例32例。结果随访两组患者腹腔镜手术术中及术后情况,对比术中出血量、术后白细胞计数、并发症及自觉症状,两组患者在多方面有显著差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论超声引导下胆囊置管术在急性胆囊炎治疗中,能减少后期腹腔镜手术的术中出血量,降低术后并发症的发生率,患者恢复快。

Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasourd-guided gallbladder catheterization in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 54 patients with acute cholecystitis in the general surgery department of our hospital from October 2016 to September 2020 were selected retrospectively.They were divided into two groups:22 patients in the observation group with ultrasonically guided cholecystectomy plus laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and 32 patients in the control group with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results Patients in the two groups were followed up during and after laparoscopic surgery,and intraoperative blood loss,postoperative white blood cell count,complications and conscious symptoms were compared.There were significant differences between the two groups in many aspects,P<0.05,showing statistical significance.Conclusions In the treatment of acute cholecystitis,ultrasond-guided gallbladder catheterization can reduce the intraoperative blood loss in the late laparoscopic surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,patients recover quickly,and has clinical application significance.
