妊娠期高血压动态血压及动态心电图监测的运用研究

Study on Application of Ambulatory Blood Pressure and Ambulatory Electrocardiogram Monitoring in Pregnancy Hypertension

目的探究分析妊娠期高血压动态血压及动态心电图监测的运用效果。方法2018年7月-2019年7月,随机抽取60名妊娠期高血压孕妇(高血压组)、60名正常孕妇(正常组),均给予动态血压监测、动态心电图监测,比较两组情况。结果高血压组的动态血压参数、动态心电图改变例数、动态血压监测结果与正常组均有差异(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期,加强对孕妇动态血压、动态心电图的监测,可及时发现血压异常,及时对症处理,可改善母婴结局。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of ambulatory blood pressure and ambulatory electrocardiogram monitoring in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,60 pregnant women with pregnancy hypertension(hypertension group)and 60 normal pregnant women(normal group)were randomly selected and monitored by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.Results The ambulatory blood pressure parameters,the number of ambulatory electrocardiogram changes and the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in hypertension group were significantly different from those in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusions During pregnancy,strengthening the monitoring of ambulatory blood pressure and ambulatory electrocardiogram of pregnant women can detect abnormal blood pressure in time.Timely symptomatic treatment can improve maternal and infant outcomes.
