血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用效果及血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均体积影响分析

Application Effect of Blood Routine Test in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia and Analysis of Influence of Hemoglobin Content and Mean Corpuscular Volume

目的分析探讨血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用效果及血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均体积影响。方法分析2019年12月-2020年1月做血常规检验的患者资料150例,其中50例地中海盆血患者为实验1组,50例缺铁性贫血患者为实验2组,50例体检健康患者为对照组。对比三组患者血常规检验结果。结果(1)实验1组与实验2组贫血患者的血清铁、血清转铁蛋白受体、血清铁蛋白指标水平组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=4.915,9.852,3.193)。(2)蛋白量、红细胞体积分布宽度、血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞体积分布宽度指标水平比较,实验1组与实验2组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验1组和实验2组分别与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中具有极高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of blood routine test in the differential diagnosis of anemia and the effect of hemoglobin content and average volume of red blood cells.Methods Review and analyze the data of patients undergoing routine blood test from December 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital.Among them,50 patients with Mediterranean pelvic blood were in the first group,50 patients with iron deficiency anemia were in the second group,and 50 healthy patients were in the control group.Results Compare the results of routine blood test results of the three groups of patients:(1)Comparison of serum iron,serum transferrin receptor,and serum ferritin index levels between anemia patients in experiment 1 and experiment 2 was statistically significant(P All<0.05,t=4.915,9.852,3.193).(2)Comparison of protein level,red blood cell volume distribution width,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,red blood cell volume distribution width index level,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 was statistically significant(all P<0.05);the experimental group 1 and The abundance ratios of the two groups in the experiment and the control group were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The routine blood test has a very high application effect in the differential diagnosis of anemia.
