地高辛联合通心络胶囊治疗慢性心衰的疗效观察

Curative effect of digoxin combined with Tongxinluo capsule on chronic heart failure

目的探讨地高辛联合通心络胶囊治疗慢性心衰的疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月本院心内科收治的60例慢性心衰患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均接受心内科常规治疗,对照组使用地高辛治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊。分析对比治疗后2组患者的临床疗效、电解质水平及心功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(60.00%),且Cl^(-)、K^(+)、Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)水平相比对照组均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者左心室射血分数明显提升,左心室舒张末容量、左心室收缩末容量均明显下降,且观察组指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地高辛联合通心络胶囊用于慢性心衰患者中,可有效改善电解质紊乱,提升心功能,且治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the curative effect of digoxin combined with Tongxinluo capsule(a traditional Chinese medicine patent)on chronic heart failure.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with chronic heart failure were selected and divided into a control group and a trial group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the routine treatment of cardiology,the control group was treated with digoxin,and the trial group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,electrolyte level and heart function indexes of the two groups were investigated,analyzed,and compared.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the trial group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),and the levels of Cl^(-),K^(+),Na^(+),and Ca^(2+)were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the LVEF indexes of the two groups were significantly increased,the LVEDV and LVESV were significantly decreased,and the indexes of the trial group were superior to those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Digoxin combined with Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve electrolyte disorder and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure.
