海口地区猪舍不同降温方式的效果及经济性分析 被引量:3

Investigation on the effect and economic analysis of different cooling methods of pig house in Haikou area

摘要 为探讨不同降温措施及其配套设备选择对猪场建设和运营经济性产生的影响,采用以能质平衡为基础的vba模型,以海口地区规模1 000头的密闭式育肥猪舍为研究对象,在确定猪舍结构及围护结构隔热的基础上,根据海口地区全年温湿度变化,对风机系统、湿帘风机系统、空调系统3种不同降温方式下的降温效果、舍内环境适宜度、能耗水平及成本进行研究。结果表明:猪舍外环境温度>27℃时,风机系统不能满足猪舍内适宜温度需求,干球温度≥30℃时,湿帘风机系统不能满足舍内的适宜温度需求,空调系统能够使舍内温度维持在27℃及以下;环境适宜度以空调系统最好,湿帘风机系统最差;高温环境下3种降温方式的能耗差异较大,风机系统的能耗最低,空调系统的能耗最高。综合考虑,湿帘风机系统是最适合海口地区育肥猪舍的降温方式。 To explore the influence of different kinds of cooling measures and corollary equipment on the construction and economy operation of pig farms,this research adopted the energy balance model based on VBA and selected one mechanically ventilated fattening pig house(1 000 pigs inside)located in Haikou area as the research object.Using the thermal property of the envelope structure,the cooling effect,indoor environment suitability,energy consumption level and cost under three different cooling modes of fan system,the cooling pad system and air conditioning system were studied based on the annual temperature and humidity in Haikou area.The results showed that:The fan system could not meet the requirement of the appropriate internal temperature when the external ambient temperature of the pig house was greater than 27℃.When the dry bulb temperature is greater than or equal to 30℃,the cooling pad system can not meet the appropriate temperature demand for the pig house,while the air conditioning system can keep the temperature inside the pig house at or below 27℃.The air conditioning system has the best performance on the indoor environment,while the cooling pad system has the worst effect.Additionally,the energy consumption of the three cooling measures varies greatly in high-temperature environment.The fan system has the lowest energy consumption,while the air conditioning system has the highest energy consumption.In conclusion,the cooling pad system can be the most suitable way to cool down the fattening pig house in Haikou area.
