一种装配式轻钢建筑墙板生产线自动螺丝机的控制系统设计与实验仿真 被引量:4

摘要 轻钢建筑墙板是装配式轻钢建筑的主要构件,其生产过程中的许多环节目前仍主要依靠人工,自动化水平低、生产效率低,不能满足市场需求。针对轻钢建筑墙板生产中的基板铺装螺钉锁付环节,设计一款自动锁螺丝设备,以提高螺丝锁付质量和生产效率、降低制造成本。对装配式轻钢建筑墙板的生产工艺过程进行分析,明确其生产过程基板铺装环节的螺丝锁付要求。根据自动螺丝机的整体设计方案,结合墙板工件的生产工艺和实际尺寸要求,对自动螺丝机进行了详细的结构设计,并为它设计控制系统。 Light steel building wallboard is the main component of assembled light steel building.Many links in the production process are still rely on manual work with low automation level and low production efficiency,which can not meet the market demand.Aimed at the link of base plate laying screw lock in the production of light steel building wallboard,an automatic screw locking device was designed to improve the quality and efficiency of screw locking and reduce the manufacturing cost.The production process of assembled light steel building wallboard was analyzed and the requirements of screw locking in the process of substrate paving were clarified.According to the overall design scheme of the automatic screw machine,combined with the production process and the actual size requirements of the wallboard workpiece,the detailed structural design of the automatic screw machine was carried out,and the control system was designed for it.
