动力总成风机液压驱动系统设计技术研究

摘要 针对动力总成风扇冷却系统温度控制需求,设计一种利用伺服电机直接驱动定量泵、比例阀调节压力的闭式液压系统,以构成一种高效节能、响应快速、控制精确的装置。试验验证表明,该装置满足动力总成使用要求。 According to the temperature control requirements of the powertrain fan cooling system,a closed hydraulic system is designed,which uses the servo motor to directly drive the quantitative pump and proportional valve to adjust the pressure,so as to constitute a device with high efficiency,energy saving,rapid response and accurate control.The test results show that the device can meet the use requirements of powertrain.
