基于R语言的科技金融发展现状研究——以合肥市为例

摘要 随着金融产业的发展,科技与金融融合发展已成为推动国家经济增长的动力之一。合肥市作为长三角城市之一,更需大力发展科技金融。为对比研究合肥市科技金融的发展现状,通过R语言对合肥市及长三角地区其他六个城市科技金融的投入与产出指标进行主成分分析以及因子分析,并测算出衡量各城市科技金融发展水平指标的得分。研究发现,合肥市对科技金融的投入逐年加大,整体发展向好,但与其他城市相比有着从业人数较少和科技金融资源配置效率不高的问题。对此,政府应加大科技研发投入,提高科技金融资源配置效率,同时,还需促进科技中介机构发展,建设创新人才队伍。 With the improvement and radiation of the financial industry,the integrated development of science and technology and finance has become one of the important measures of the national economic development.As one of the cities in the Yangtze River Delta,Hefei needs to develop science and technology finance vigorously.In order to make a comparative study of the development status of science and technology finance in Hefei,this paper conducts principal component analysis and factor analysis on the input and output indicators of science and technology finance in Hefei and other six cities in the Yangtze River Delta by R language,and calculates the score of the indicators to measure the development level of science and technology finance in each city.The research finds that Hefei city has increased investment in science and technology finance year by year,and the overall development is good,but compared with other cities,there are fewer employees and the efficiency of scientific and technological financial resources allocation is not high.In this regard,the government should increase investment in scientific and technological research and development,improve the allocation efficiency of scientific and technological financial resources,at the same time,it also needs to promote the development of scientific and technological intermediary institutions,and build innovative talent team.
