血清降钙素原对肺癌术后抗菌药物应用的临床价值研究

Research on the clinical value of serum procalcitonin in the application of antibiotics after lung cancer surgery

目的:探讨血清降钙素原在肺癌术后抗菌药物使用中的指导价值。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年2月手术治疗的肺癌患者80例,对所用患者使用抗生素期间的体温、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血清降钙素原(PCT)等指标水平进行监测;按照入院次序分为两组。对照组应用传统炎症指标监测;观察组将血清降钙素原监测指标。比较两组抗菌药物使用天数、感染发生率和临床指标水平。结果:观察组抗菌药物使用天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺部感染患者血清降钙素原水平高于未感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清降钙素原在肺癌术后感染的诊断中起着重要作用,可以此为依据,提高术后抗菌药物使用的合理性。

Objective:To investigate the guiding value of serum procalcitonin in the use of antibiotics after lung cancer surgery.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2019,80 cases of lung cancer patients who underwent operation were enrolled,the indicator levels such as body temperature,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum procalcitonin(PCT)were monitored during using antibiotics.They were divided into two groups according to the orders of admission.The control group was monitored by traditional inflammatory indexes.The control group was monitored by serum procalcitonin.The days of antimicrobial use,incidence of infection and clinical index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The days of antimicrobial use in observation group was less than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum procalcitonin levels in patients with pulmonary infection were higher than those in patients without infection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum procalcitonin plays an important role in the diagnosis of postoperative infection of lung cancer,which can be used as the basis to improve the rationality of postoperative antimicrobial use.
