瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效观察

Efficacy of rebamipide in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:探讨瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治胃溃疡患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组给予阿莫西林、奥美拉唑和甲硝唑治疗;观察组在阿莫西林、奥美拉唑和甲硝唑基础上增加瑞巴派特治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组幽门螺杆菌消除效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞巴派特治疗胃溃疡的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of rebamipide in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,110 patients with gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,omeprazole and metronidazole.The observation group was given rebamipide on the basis of amoxicillin,omeprazole and metronidazole.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of rebamipide in the treatment of gastric ulcer is significant.
