摘要
目的:分析不同气管插管时机对急诊心肺复苏患者的影响。方法:2018年6月-2020年6月收治需要进行急诊心肺复苏患者89例,通过双盲法分为两组。对照组患者在到达急诊室后由医生进行及时气管插管;研究组患者在医护人员达到急救现场时开展早期气管插管。比较两组患者心肺复苏效果。结果:研究组复苏成功率及7 d存活率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组呼吸恢复时间、心跳恢复时间、意识改善时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗7 d后平均动脉压、血氧饱和度水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期气管插管不仅可以进一步提高急诊心肺复苏患者的复苏成功率以及存活率,同时还可以有效缩短各项生命体征恢复时间,改善血气指标水平。
Objective:To analyze the effect of different timing of endotracheal intubation on emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,89 patients who needed emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind selection.Patients in the control group were promptly intubated by doctors after arriving at the emergency room.Patients in the study group were treated with early endotracheal intubation when medical staff arrived at the emergency scene.The effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was compared between the two groups.Results:The resuscitation success rate and 7-day survival rate in the study group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Respiratory recovery time,heartbeat recovery time and consciousness improvement time in the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation in the study group were significantly higher than the control group after 7 days of treatment,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early endotracheal intubation can not only further improve the resuscitation success rate and survival rate of patients with emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation,at the same time,it can effectively shorten the recovery time of vital signs and improve the blood qi index level.
