稳定型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的应用效果评估分析

Evaluation and analysis of the application effect of stable occlusal plate in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders

目的:探讨应用稳定型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治颞下颌关节紊乱病患者68例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各34例。对照组未进行稳定型咬合板治疗;研究组应用稳定型咬合板治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咬合力度分布平衡度高于对照组,咬合时间、咬合分离时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用稳定型胶合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果显著,可以有效改善患者咬合接触,缩短咬合时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of stable occlusal plate in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,68 patients with temporomandibular disorders were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was not treated with stable occlusal plate.The study group was treated with stable occlusal plate.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the occlusal force distribution balance was higher than that in the control group,and the occlusal time and occlusal separation time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of stable occlusal plate in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders is significant,it can effectively improve the occlusal contact and shorten the occlusal time.
