口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of oral implant repair and routine repair in the treatment of dentition defect

目的:探讨口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的有效性。方法:2017年11月-2019年11月收治牙列缺损患者1500例,随机分为两组,各750例。对照组采用常规修复;试验组采用口腔种植修复。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后修复情况、美观度和舒适度及并发症发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后语言功能、咀嚼功能、固定功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组美观度和舒适度均高于对照组,牙龈出血、牙齿疼痛、修复体脱落率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔种植修复应用于牙列缺损患者中效果显著,能提升患者的语言、咀嚼和固定功能,同时提升临床美观度和舒适度,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of oral implant repair and routine repair in the treatment of dentition defect.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2019,1500 patients with dentition defect were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine repair.The experimental group was treated with oral implant repair.The clinical efficacy,repair before and after treatment,aesthetics,comfort and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language function,masticatory function and fixed function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The aesthetic degree and comfort degree of the test group were higher than those of the control group,while the gingival bleeding,tooth pain and restoration exfoliation of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral implant restoration is effective in patients with dentition defect,which can improve the function of language,mastication and fixation,as well as clinical beauty and comfort.
