乳腺良性肿瘤采用麦默通真空辅助微创旋切术和传统手术治疗临床效果对比研究

Comparative study on the clinical effect of Mammotome vacuum assisted minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors

目的:对比麦默通真空辅助微创旋切手术和传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。方法:2019年收治乳腺良性肿瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用传统手术治疗;试验组采用麦默通真空辅助微创旋切手术治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用麦默通真空辅助微创旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤效果显著,可以缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Mammotome vacuum assisted minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods:In 2019,80 patients with benign breast tumors were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional operation,and the experimental group was treated with Mammotome vacuum assisted minimally invasive surgery.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Mammotome vacuum assisted minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors is significant,it can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications.
