调肝理肾解毒汤治疗乳腺癌术后骨转移的效果

Effect of Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bone metastasis after breast cancer operation

目的:分析调肝理肾解毒汤治疗乳腺癌术后骨转移的效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治乳腺癌术后骨转移患者100例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例。对照组应用唑来膦酸治疗,试验组应用唑来膦酸与调肝理肾解毒汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组骨钙素(N-MID)、人总Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TP1NP)、β胶联降解产物(β-CTx)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生活质量各项评分及近期疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调肝理肾解毒汤治疗乳腺癌术后骨转移效果明显,可以显著改善患者临床症状与生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bone metastasis after breast cancer operation.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,100 patients with bone metastasis after breast cancer surgery were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid.The experimental group was treated with zoledronic acid and Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the levels of N-MID,TP1NP and β-CTx were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of quality of life and short-term efficacy were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Tiaogan Lishen Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bone metastasis after breast cancer operation is significant,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
