活血宁痛方加减分期辅助治疗锁定钢板外固定胫骨开放性骨折的临床疗效

The clinical effect of modified Huoxue Ningtong formulas in the staging and adjuvant treatment of open tibial fracture with locking plate external fixation

目的:探讨活血宁痛方加减分期辅助治疗锁定钢板外固定胫骨开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年2月收治行锁定钢板外固定治疗的胫骨开放性骨折患者50例,随机分为两组。对照组术后给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上口服活血宁痛方治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组术后各时间点凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均显著低于对照组,且随着治疗时间的延长,两组PT、APTT水平差异显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板外固定术后胫骨开放性骨折患者应用中药汤剂活血宁痛方,可有效改善凝血功能,缓解患者术后疼痛,促进骨折愈合。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Huoxue Ningtong formulas in the staging and adjuvant treatment of open tibial fracture with locking plate external fixation.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2019,50 cases of open tibial fractures patients with locking plate external fixation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment after operation.The experimental group was treated with modified Huoxue Ningtong formulas on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after operation,with the prolongation of treatment time,the PT and APTT levels of the two groups increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After operation,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of postoperative fracture healing in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoxue Ningtong formulas in the staging and adjuvant treatment of open tibial fracture with locking plate external fixation,which can effectively improve coagulation function,relieve postoperative pain and promote fracture healing.
