麻黄加术汤加减联合西药治疗风湿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Mahuang Jiazhu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatism

目的:观察麻黄加术汤加减联合西药治疗风湿病的临床价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治风湿病患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用麻黄加术汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗4周后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节屈伸不利、晨僵等中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗4周后关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、晨僵时间和握力水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄加术汤加减联合西药治疗,能缓解风湿病患者症状,整体疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical value of modified Mahuang Jiazhu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatism.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,82 cases of patients with rheumatism were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with modified Mahuang Jiazhu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as joint pain,joint swelling,undesirable joint flexion and extension,early morning stiffness of the experimental group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,early morning stiffness time and grip level of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Mahuang Jiazhu decoction combined with Western medicine can relieve the symptoms of rheumatic patients and the overall effect is remarkable.
