临床血脂生化检验应用分级检验方法价值分析

Value analysis of the grading test method in the application of the clinical blood lipid biochemical test

目的:分析临床血脂生化检验应用分级检验方法的价值。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年9月接受血脂生化检验的患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例,试验组应用分级检验方法进行检验;对照组应用拉网式检验方法进行检验。比较两组血脂生化检验结果。结果:两组甘油三酯、总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白AI及载脂蛋白B水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分级检验方法在临床血脂生化检验中的应用价值较高,其准确率明显高于拉网式检验方法。

Objective:To analyze the value of grading test method in the application of clinical blood lipid biochemical test.Methods:From June 2019 to September 2020,200 cases of patients who received blood lipid biochemical test were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was tested by grading test method.The control group was tested by the method of net-pulling test.The biochemical test results of blood lipids were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of grading test method in clinical blood lipid biochemical test is higher,its accuracy is obviously higher than that of net-pulling test method.
