自身免疫性胰腺炎的CT、MRI影像学表现特征及其诊断价值

CT,MRI imaging features of autoimmune pancreatitis and their diagnostic value

目的:探析应用CT、MRI影像学检查对自身免疫性胰腺炎患者的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2010-2019年经穿刺活检、手术等确诊的自身免疫性胰腺炎患者56例。其中接受CT检查42例,接受MRI检查36例,同时接受MRI、CT检查30例。对所有患者影像学资料进行回顾性分析,并分析影像学检查的诊断价值。结果:对自身免疫性胰腺炎患者应用CT、MRI影像学检查均可清晰显示胰腺实质、胰腺外脏器密度、形态以及信号改变情况;胰腺实质表现、胰腺外脏器表现均有一定程度的特异性。结论:自身免疫性胰腺炎患者应用MRI、CT检查,所得图像具备一定的特征,无论是对疾病的判断或是对疗效预后质量评估均有重要的引导价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of CT,MRI in patients with autoimmune pancreatitis.Methods:From 2010 to 2019,56 cases of autoimmune pancreatitis patients who were diagnosed by biopsy and underwent operation were enrolled.Among them,42 cases were examined by CT,36 cases were examined by MRI,30 cases were examined by both CT and MRI.The imaging data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and the diagnostic value of imaging examinations was analyzed.Results:CT,MRI imaging examination in patients with autoimmune pancreatitis could clearly show the changes of pancreatic parenchyma,density of extra-pancreatic organs,morphology and signal.Pancreatic parenchyma and extra-pancreatic organ showed some specificity.Conclusion:MRI or CT examination was used in patients with autoimmune pancreatitis,the obtained images have certain characteristics,which have important guiding value in the judgment of disease or the quality evaluation of curative effect and prognosis.
