重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后重症监护室护理价值体会

Experience of nursing value in intensive care unit after valve replacement in patients with severe heart valve disease

目的:分析重症心脏瓣膜病患者行瓣膜置换术后,重症监护室护理的临床价值。方法:2020年1-4月收治重症心脏瓣膜病患者100例,均行瓣膜置换术;按就诊单双号分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规化护理;研究组采取重症监护室护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组生存质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症心脏瓣膜病患者行瓣膜置换术后,采取重症监护室护理的效果理想,可改善生存质量及心理状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of intensive care unit nursing after valve replacement in patients with severe heart valve disease.Methods:From January to April 2020,100 cases of severe heart valve disease patients who underwent valve replacement were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers of visits,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took conventional nursing.The study group took intensive care unit nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intensive care unit nursing in patients with severe heart valve disease after valve replacement is ideal,which can not only improve the quality of life and psychological state,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
