认知行为干预对社区高血压患者血压水平及自我管理行为的影响

Effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on blood pressure level and self-management behavior of patients with hypertension in community

目的:探讨认知行为干预对社区高血压患者血压水平及自我管理行为的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月在社区卫生服务中心建档的高血压患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规干预;观察组给予认知行为干预。比较两组患者治疗依从性、血压控制情况和自我管理行为评分。结果:观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后血压水平及自我管理行为评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者实施认知行为干预,能提高治疗依从性和血压控制效果,改善自我管理行为。

Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on blood pressure level and self-management behavior of patients with hypertension in community.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,90 patients with hypertension in the community health service center were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention.The observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention.We compared the treatment compliance,blood pressure control and self-management behavior score between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,the blood pressure level and self-management behavior score were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cognitive behavior intervention on hypertension patients in community can improve treatment compliance and blood pressure control effect,and improve self-management behavior.
