摘要
针对高耸烟囱爆破拆除中,预先施工定向窗造成的施工工艺复杂、工期长、成本高和安全性差等突出问题,利用同一起爆网路、分段延时控制进行烟囱定向窗同步成型一次爆破施工。分别详细介绍方案选择、炮孔测量定位、定向窗区域、切口区域炮孔装药填塞、爆破网路连接等操作要点。在60 m高砖烟囱爆破拆除中应用此技术,通过优化爆破参数,合理施工组织,安全高效地完成了烟囱的爆破拆除。此项技术应用效果良好,简化了工序,节约了工期,对类似烟囱爆破拆除提供了较好的参考。
In the demolition blasting of high-rise chimneys,there are lots of prominent problems caused by directional window made in advanced,such as complicated construction technology,long construction period,high cost,poor safety and so forth.In order to solve the problems,the technology of synchronized once-blasting for the directional window of chimney are used.It adopts the same initiation network and segmented delay control technology.The key points of the construction of the technology are introduced in detail,such as scheme selection,hole measurement and positioning,area of directional window,hole filling in incision area and blasting network connection,etc.This technology is applied in the demolition blasting of a 60 m high brick chimney.Through optimizing blasting parameters and reasonable construction organization,the chimney is demolished safely and efficiently.It has good application effect,simplifies process,saves time,and provides a good reference for similar chimney demolition blasting.
