遮光胁迫条件下对闽楠幼苗生长和生理特性的影响研究

Effects of Shading Stress on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Phoebe Bournei Seedlings

以广西七坡林场1年生盆栽闽楠(Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang)幼苗为研究对象,设置光照梯度为全光照100%NS(natural sunshine)、42.7%NS(闽楠林缘光照)、15.3%NS(闽楠林层光照)和5.5%NS(闽楠林下光照),研究不同光照处理6个月后对闽楠幼苗生长、生理生化等影响,为今后闽楠幼苗培育和幼林管理提供理论科学依据。研究结果表明:闽楠生长状态对不同光照差异化响应。

One year old potted Phoebe bournei(Hemsl)Yang seedlings in QIPO forest farm of Guangxi were selected as the research objects.The light gradients were set as 100%NS(natural sunshine),42.7%NS(edge light),15.3%NS(layer light)and 5.5%NS(layer light)NS(light under Phoebe bournei forest)was used to study the effects of different light treatments on the growth,physiology and biochemistry of Phoebe bournei seedlings after 6 months,so as to provide theoretical and scientific basis for the future seedling cultivation and young forest management of Phoebe bournei.The results showed that the growth state of Phoebe bournei had different response to different light.
