摘要
粪臭素存在于动物粪便中,具有强烈的粪臭气味,是畜禽排放的主要臭味物质之一。养殖生产过程中,粪臭素对畜禽健康、肉品质及周围环境等产生不利的影响,正引起人们的重视。目前,针对畜禽粪臭素的产生机制问题及相关的减排措施研究取得了一定的进展。结合所在团队及前人的研究成果,本文就此方面进行简要概述,以期为降低畜禽排放粪污和臭味物质、发展环境友好型畜牧业提供参考。
Skatole,occurring naturally in animal feces,has a strong fouling smell,which is one of the main odor substances emitted by livestock and poultry.In the process of breeding production,the skatole leads to adverse consequences for health,meat quality of livestock and poultry and surrounding environment,attracting more attention widely from researchers.At present,considering some progress has been made and combined with our findings and others,this paper briefly reviews research progress in the production mechanism and emission reduction of skatole in livestock and poultry,contributing to fecal odorants reduction and environment-friendly animal husbandry development.
