奶牛瘤胃微生物移植研究进展

Research Advances on Rumen Microbiota Transplantation in Dairy Cattle

奶牛瘤胃微生物移植(RMT)是一种将健康供体奶牛瘤胃微生物转移给受体牛的技术。目前,针对RMT的报道还相对有限,但越来越多的研究结果显示,RMT具有重建奶牛瘤胃微生物区系、提高饲料效率的潜力,并对多种肠道疾病有较好的辅助治疗效果。本文综述了RMT在重建瘤胃菌群、可能作用机理及其对奶牛生产性能影响等方面的研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考。

Rumen microbiota transplantation(RMT)is a technique of transferring ruminal microbial flora from healthy donor ruminants to recipients.At present,the reports on RMT are still relatively limited,but an increasing number of researches have shown that RMT has the potential of re-establishing microbial flora of dairy cattle,by which the feed efficiency has been improved.Also,it has been used as a supporting treatment in curing multiple intestinal disorders.In order to provide references for further study on RMT,this paper summarized the research advances of RMT in ruminal flora re-establishment,possible mechanisms and its effects on performance of dairy cattle.
