羧甲基壳聚糖复合纳米银、纳米氧化铜的制备及抑菌性研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究在水热条件下利用羧甲基壳聚糖分别还原硝酸银和硫酸铜,得到稳定的羧甲基壳聚糖复合纳米银和纳米氧化铜,并测试其抑菌能力。表征测试显示,所制的纳米银为20~30 nm的球状结构,纳米氧化铜为80~100 nm的花瓣状结构,二者都均匀稳定地分布于羧甲基壳聚糖中。抑菌试验显示,不同浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖复合纳米银(A组2 mg/100 mL、B组4 mg/100 mL)的大肠杆菌抑菌率分别达到(92.6±0.8)%和(97.8±1.9)%(P<0.05),而纳米氧化铜(C组2 mg/100 mL、D组4 mg/100 mL)的大肠杆菌抑菌率分别为(89.4±1.4)%、(95.3±1.6)%(P<0.05),二者均能有效抑制大肠杆菌生长且呈现剂量依赖性。后续将进一步完善研究,使其作为抗菌材料早日应用于制备医用器具。 Under hydrothermal conditions,carboxymethyl chitosan was used to reduce silver nitrate and copper sulfate respectively to obtain the stable carboxymethyl chitosan composite Ag nanoparticles or CuO nanoparticles,and their antimicrobial activity were tested.Characterization tests showed that the Ag nanoparticles was a spherical structure of 20~30 nm and the CuO nanoparticles was a petal-like structure of 80~100 nm,both of them were evenly and stably distributed in carboxymethyl chitosan.Bacteriostatic tests showed that the bacteriostasis rate of Escherichia coli were(92.6±0.8)%and(97.8±1.9)%(P<0.05)with different concentrations of carboxymethyl chitosan composite Ag nanoparticles(group A 2 mg/100 mL,group B 4 mg/100 mL),and the bacteriostasis rate of Escherichia coil with carboxymethyl chitosan composite CuO nanoparticles(group C 2 mg/100 mL,group D 4 mg/100 mL)were(89.4±1.4)%,(95.3±1.6)%(P<0.05).Both of them can effectively inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli in a dose-dependent manner.In the future,we will further improve the research to make them be used in the preparation of medical instruments as an antibacterial material.
