西北地区粮面覆膜与环流控温保水试验 被引量:6

MOISTURE RETENTION EXPERIMENT ABOUT FILM MULCHING ON GRAIN SURFACE AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL WITH CIRCULATION IN NORTHWEST CHINA

摘要 对比研究了西北地区粮面覆膜排积热通风与环流通风的控温效果,并采用埋袋称重测定了表层粮食失水率。研究表明:西北地区堆高4.5m以内的老旧仓房,粮面覆膜排积热通风控温效果优于环流控温;储藏期间粮堆水分从高温部位向粮堆内相对低温部位转移,环流通风促进了水分从粮堆表层向粮堆内中上层转移,表层粮食失水率较高,粮面覆膜的表层粮食失水率较低;储粮水分损失主要发生在通风期间,粮面覆膜排积热通风及密闭储藏的水分损失很小。 In this paper,the effect of temperature control of accumulated heat ventilating with film mulching on grain surface and circulation ventilation in northwest China was compared,and the moisture content loss rate of grain on the surface was measured by weighing buried bag filled with grain.The results showed the moisture in the grain mass was transferred from the higher temperature part to the relatively lower temperature part.Circulation ventilation promoted the transfer of moisture from the surface to the middle and upper layers of the grain mass.The moisture loss rate with Circulation ventilation was higher than that with film mulching.The moisture loss of stored grain occurred mainly during ventilation.The moisture loss of grain with accumulated heat ventilating covered with film and airtight storage was very small.
