平房仓横向膜分离充氮气调工艺优化 被引量:4

OPTIMIZATION OF NITROGEN CHARGING PROCESS FOR HORIZONTAL MEMBRANE SEPARATION IN WAREHOUSE

摘要 在平房仓横向膜分离气调作业中,分别采用膜下-20 Pa负压环流和±5 Pa常压环流充氮气调并进行对比。试验结果表明,在相同仓房及储粮条件下,达到97.5%的充氮目标浓度时,采用横向气调膜分离负压工艺的作业能耗明显低于常压气调,粮堆内氮气分布均匀性更高,仓内氮气浓度保持效果良好。 In the horizontal membrane separation controlled atmosphere operation of the warehouse,the negative pressure circulation of–20 Pa under the membrane and the atmospheric circulation of±5 Pa are used to charge nitrogen respectively.The experimental results show that under the same conditions of warehouse and grain storage,when 97.5%of the target concentration of nitrogen is reached,the operation energy consumption of the negative pressure process of horizontal gas control membrane separation is significantly lower than that of atmospheric pressure controlled atmosphere,the uniformity of nitrogen distribution in grain pile is higher,and the effect of nitrogen concentration maintenance in warehouse is better.
