This paper analyzes the characteristics of the joint venture model in international engineering contracting and its typical features in different manifestations of joint venture.Based on the practical experience of integrated joint venture in Dhaka mass transit project,elaborates the key factors for the success implementation of joint venture along with the precautions,as the reference for international engineering contractors.
