医院建设项目推行装配式建筑的SWOT分析——基于上海市医院项目调研分析

SWOT Analysis of Prefabricated Building in Hospital Construction Project Based on the Hospital Projects in Shanghai

基于文献综述,结合医院项目特点,梳理出医院项目推广装配式建筑的12个影响因素;基于上海市医院项目的调研数据,确定了各个因素的影响重要性;结合调研数据结果,提出医院项目推行装配式建筑的主要策略,为医院建设项目推行装配式建筑提供参考。

Based on the literature review,combined with the characteristics of the hospital project,the 12 influencing factors for the promotion of prefabricated buildings in the hospital project are sorted out;Based on the survey data of the Shanghai hospital projects,the importance of each factor is determined.Combined with the results of the survey data,the main strategies and suggestions for the implementation of prefabricated buildings in the hospitalproject are proposed,which provides a reference for the implementation of prefabricated buildings in hospital construction projects.
