摘要
基于文献综述,采用问卷调查法分析工程管理专业毕业生的就业选择及其影响因素。结果表明:工程管理专业毕业生对就业的了解程度一般;择业的关键影响因素是:发展空间、薪资福利、以及工作环境;毕业生对不同类型企业的择业优先顺序为:国有企业、民营企业和事业单位;对建筑业企业的择业优先顺序是:造价咨询单位、建设单位和施工单位;男女毕业生的择业影响因素、择业倾向在一些方面存在显著差异。
This paper analyzes the employment choice of construction management graduates and the influencing factors of choosing employers through literature review and questionnaire survey.The results show that the construction management graduates have a relative low level of understanding about employment and choice.The critical factors influencing their employment intention are career development prospects,salary and welfare and working environment.The graduates expect to work for state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and government agencies in decreasing order.Similarly,they are willing to work for cost consulting company,client and contractor in descending order.Significant differences exist between the male and female graduates in employment choice and the influencing factors.
