乳腺癌患者外周血血小板参数变化规律分析概况

Analysis of the changes of platelet parameters in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,研究发现血小板功能和状态与乳腺癌发生发展的关系密切,在乳腺癌的血行转移中起重要作用。本文分析总结乳腺癌患者外周血血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)变化规律,以期为乳腺癌的血行转移提供诊断依据和防治参考。

Objective:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.Studies have found that platelet function and status are closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer and play an important role in the blood metastasis of breast cancer.This article analyzes and summarizes the changes in peripheral blood platelet count(PLT),platelet hematocrit(PCT),platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in breast cancer patients,with a view to the blood line transfer of breast cancer provides diagnosis basis and prevention reference.
