摘要
目的探析卵巢上皮性癌与低miR-433的表达的相关性研究。方法在115个卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)组织和45个正常组织中通过逆转录定量即时聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)分析检测miR-433的表达。通过卡方检验和Kaplan-Meier方法分别测定miR-433表达与临床病理特征以及EOC患者存活率之间的关系。miR-433的预防价值可通过Cox回归分析来估测。结果miR-433在EOC组织中的表达显著低于正常组织(P<0.05)。低miR-433表达与肿瘤大小(P=0.050)、晚期FIGO阶段(P=0.009)以及肿瘤复发(P=0.002)密切相关。Kaplan-Meier分析证明具有低miR-433表达的EOC患者比具有高miR-433表达的患者的总存活率(P<0.001)更低。多变量分析鉴定miR-433(P=0.013;HR=2.973;95%CI=1.260~7.012)是EOC患者的独立预后因子。结论miR-433在EOC的表达降低且可能与EOC的肿瘤进展相关,是EOC患者的独立预后标志。
Objective:To explore the correlation between epithelial ovarian cancer and low expression of miR-433.Methods:The expression of miR-433 was detected by reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)in 115 EOC tissues and 45 normal tissues.The relationship between miR-433 expression and clinicopathological characteristics and survival rate of EOC patients was measured by chi square test and Kaplan Meier method.The preventive value of miR-433 can be estimated by Cox regression analysis.Results:The expression of miR-433 in EOC tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).Low miR-433 expression was associated with tumor size(P=0.050),late FIGO stage(P=0.009)and tumor recurrence(P=0.002).Kaplan Meier analysis showed that EOC patients with low miR-433 expression had lower overall survival rate(P<0.001)than patients with high miR-433 expression.Multivariate analysis identified miR-433(P=0.013;HR=2.973;95%CI=1.260~7.012)as an independent prognostic factor for EOC patients.Conclusion:The decreased expression of miR-433 in EOC may be related to the tumor progression of EOC,which is an independent prognostic marker for EOC patients.
