铜仁市不同年龄段2型糖尿病患者饮食自我管理现状调查

Investigation on dietary self-management among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of different age groups in Tongren City

目的调查了解铜仁市青、中、老年2型糖尿病患者饮食自我管理现状。方法2019年8月至2019年12月采用一般资料调查表、2型糖尿病患者饮食管理量表对铜仁市某综合医院216例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果铜仁市青年2型糖尿病患者饮食自我管理得分为(42.53±7.87)分,中年患者饮食自我管理得分为(40.71±6.57)分,老年患者饮食自我管理得分为(39.98±5.77)分。单因素分析显示,文化程度和工作状况影响青年患者的饮食自我管理水平(P<0.05);文化程度、工作状况、现居地、家庭月收入影响中年患者的饮食自我管理水平(P<0.05或P<0.05);文化程度、家庭月收入和血糖控制情况对老年患者的饮食自我管理水平产生影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论铜仁市青、中、老年2型糖尿病患者饮食自我管理水平均较低,人口学因素对不同年龄段患者饮食自我管理的影响特点应纳入干预措施制定的考虑范畴。

Objective:To investigate the status of dietary self-management among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in the young,middle and old age in Tongren City.Methods:A total of 216 patients with T2DM at the general hospital were surveyed using general information questionnaire and diabetes dietary self-management questionnaire from August to December 2019.Results:The score of dietary self-management in young patients with T2DM was(42.53±7.87),(40.71±6.57)in middle-aged patients,and(39.98±5.77)in elderly patients.Univariate analysis showed that education level and work status affected the level of dietary self-management in young patients(P<0.05);Education level,work status,current residence and monthly family income affected the level of dietary self-management in middle-aged patients(P<0.05 or P<0.05);And education level,monthly family income and blood glucose control had an impact on the dietary self-management in elderly patients(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of dietary self-management among patients with T2DM in the young,middle and old age in Tongren City is relatively low.And the influence of demographic factors on dietary self-management in patients of different age groups should be taken into consideration in the formulation of intervention measures.
