摘要 介绍了首钢京唐公司580 m^(2)环冷机的工作原理及升级改造过程,重点阐述了环冷机中心点、支撑辊、侧挡轮、回转体、密封以及传动装置等关键点的控制,同时分析了不同工况温度和载荷条件下,环冷机的变形和跑偏趋势及控制调整方法。改造后,环冷机漏风率由原来的40%~50%降低到10%,实现了降低电能消耗和增加蒸汽产量的双重目标,经济效益可观。 This paper introduces the working principle and upgrading process of 580 m^(2)circular cooler in Shougang Jingtang company,focuses on the key points control,such as center point of circular cooler,supporting roll,side retaining wheel,revolving body,seal and transmission device.The deformation,deviation trend and the control adjustment method of the circular cooler under different temperature and load conditions are analyzed.After the improvement,the air leakage rate of the circular cooler is decreased from 40%~50%to 10%.The double goals of reducing power consumption and increasing steam output are realized,and the economic benefit is considerable.
