摘要
针对河钢唐钢FTSC薄板坯连铸的技术特点,以1500 mm断面中碳钢SS400浇注过程为研究对象,采用摆浆、钉板和结晶器现场液位检测的方法,研究了不同钢种、断面、拉速与电磁制动电流的匹配过程。结果表明,电磁制动技术能有效降低结晶器表面流速、稳定结晶器液位标准差,提高铸坯质量。
According to the technical characteristics of FTSC thin slab continuous casting in HBIS Tangsteel,taking the pouring process of carbon steel SS400 with 1500 mm section medium as the research object,the matching process of different steel grades,section,casting speed and electromagnetic braking current was studied thgough the methods of slurry swing,nail plate and mould site liquid level detection.The results show that the electromagnetic braking technology can effectively reduce the mold surface flow velocity,stabilize the standard deviation of mold liquid level,and improve the slab quality.
