参与式地理信息系统在协作式规划中的应用述评

REVIEW OF APPLICATION OF PARTICIPATORY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM IN COLLABORATIVE PLANNING

在当前规划转型的背景下,应引导公众参与,促进协作式规划成为重要的规划实践探索。参与式地理信息系统作为一种支持信息收集、多方利益主体交流与规划分析的主要技术工具,在近二十年来的国外协作式规划中已有诸多成功实践,但国内的相关研究和实践还处于初期阶段。本文概述了参与式地理信息系统的发展历程与技术优势,通过分析不同地区的项目实践情况,归纳总结了参与式地理信息系统的主要类型、参与者、在协作式规划中的应用方式,以及应用过程中可能出现的问题。

In the background of current planning transformation,guiding public participation and promoting collaborative planning have become important practice exploration of planning.As a main technical tool to support information collection,multi-stakeholder communication and planning analysis,participatory GIS has had many successful practices in foreign collaborative planning in the past two decades,but domestic related research and practice are still in the early stage.This paper outlines the development process and technical advantages of participatory GIS.By analyzing the project practice in different regions,it summarizes the main types of participatory GIS,the scope of participants,the application methods in collaborative planning,and the problems that may arise during the application process.
