摘要
构建基于BIM+物联网的建筑物资采购集成管理平台,介绍该平台的构建模式、运作的基本流程及应用价值展开分析。以某预制装配整体式住宅项目为例,介绍基于BIM+物联网技术的建筑物资采购的应用流程,旨在进一步实现信息共享,提高建筑物资采购效率和质量。
This paper builds an integrated management platform for the procurement of building materials based on BIM+internet of things,and introduces the construction model and basic operation process and application value of the platform.Taking a prefabricated and assembled integrated housing project as an example,introduces the application process of building materials procurement based on BIM+internet of things technology,aiming to further realize information sharing and improve the efficiency and quality of building materials procurement.
