摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,在线租房平台为人们提供了新型的租房模式。基于问卷调研和数据分析,本文重点分析通过在线租房平台获得的实体房源质量感知对居住体验的影响,得到以下研究结果:在线租房质量感知由信息完整性、服务保障性、价格透明性、城市引导性构成,它显著影响租房满意度和居住幸福感;房屋租赁企业可通过优质服务、优选房源等提高租房业务的运营效益,倒逼房屋租赁市场的健康发展。
Online rental platforms provide a new rental model for contemporary young people.The article focuses on impact quality perception of online rental platforms and offline physical housing to their urban living experience.The research obtains the following results through questionnaire survey and data analysis:that online housing cognition is composed of information integrity,service security,price transparency,and city guidance;it significantly affects housing satisfaction and residential happiness.In addition,the information integrity of the rental house positively affects renting price transparency,and rental satisfaction also positively affects residential happiness.It shows that house leasing company may improve operational benefits of rental business through quality services and optimized housing,reversely promote healthy development of the housing rental market.
