我国连铸机拥有数量和连铸坯产量居世界前茅,对于连铸生产中遇到的问题,国内连铸企业都积极展开深入研究。某企业生产的高合金钢连铸坯H13、P92和Cr13钢中存在低倍中心裂纹问题,通过从多角度分析,包括组织成分、加工工艺、冷却制度和电磁搅拌等,提出理论方案。

The number of our continuous casting machine and yield of continuous casting billet is living in the forefront of the world.Facing the casting production problems,the domestic casting enterprises are active to develop further research.There are central cracks in high alloy casting billet of H13,P92 and Cr13 steel of an enterprise.The theory programme is proposed including structure content,processing technology,cooling system and electromagnetic stirring and so on by the multi-angle theory analysis.
