摘要
文章介绍了转炉低铁耗运行的工艺实践,通过调整原材料配加方式、工艺优化、煤氧炼钢等措施最大限度提升废钢入炉量,达到降低铁水消耗和炼钢工序成本的目的。
This paper introduces the process practice of converter operation with low iron consumption,through adjusting the ratio of raw materials,process optimization,coal-oxygen steelmaking and other measures to maximize the amount of scrap steel into the furnace,to achieve the goal of reducing the consumption of molten iron and the purpose of steelmaking process cost.
