摘要 榆钢受矿产资源和自产焦炭产能限制,高炉使用焦炭70%为外购焦炭,焦炭平均水分在6.5%,铁块矿均为进口块矿,由于港口发货,进口块矿水分在4.0%以上,高炉矿槽槽下现使用棒条筛,在物料较湿或阴雨天时,棒条筛出现卡筛、筛面糊死等现象,造成大量0~5 mm粉末料入炉。不但过筛效果极差,而且糊筛后需要人工清理,造成岗位人员劳动强度大,严重制约高炉炉况顺行及指标优化。通过物料筛分过程摸索研究及过筛时物料下料速度跟踪,对棒条筛板进行改造,不但降低了高炉入炉粉末,而且大大降低了岗位劳动强度,为高炉长期稳定顺行及指标优化奠定了坚实的基础。 Limited by mineral resources and coke production capacity,70%of coke used in blast furnace is purchased coke,the average moisture content of coke is 6.5%,the iron lump ore is imported lump ore,and the moisture content of imported lump ore is over 4.0%due to port delivery,the bar screen is used under the ore groove of blast furnace.When the material is wet or rainy,the bar screen becomes stuck,the screen surface becomes dead and so on,resulting in a large number of 0~5 mm powder feeding into the furnace.Not only the sieving effect is very poor,but also the need for manual cleaning after sieving,resulting in high labor intensity of the post personnel,seriously restricting the smooth running of the BF condition and index optimization.Through the research of material screening process and the tracking of material feeding speed during screening,the Rod Sieve Plate is reformed,which not only reduces the blast furnace powder,but also greatly reduces the post labor intensity,it lays a solid foundation for long-term stable running and index optimization of blast furnace.
