摘要
酒钢高炉配酸性小球烧结矿,实现了10%以上高炉配加酸性小球烧结矿冶炼,配加酸性小球烧结矿高炉炉内气流、温度场均发生了较大变化,通过及时调整操作制度,保证了炉况稳定顺行。同时弥补了球团矿缺口较大的问题,较好的平衡了炉料结构、周边的资源有效利用及降低生铁成本。
By adding acid pellet sinter to blast furnace of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.,more than 10%of blast furnace is smelted with acid pellet sinter.The airflow and temperature field in blast furnace with acid pellet sinter have changed greatly.By adjusting and optimizing the operation system in time,the furnace condition is stable and smooth.At the same time,it can effectively balance the burden structure,ensure the effective utilization of surrounding resources and reduce the cost of pig iron.
