酒钢热镀锌机组双切剪剪切模式研究

摘要 双切剪是酒钢镀锌机组入口段重要设备,负责切除原料卷带头带尾,保证焊接质量。在实际生产中,钢卷长度无法完全精确计算,尾部剩余长度也存在着偏差,双切剪分切成的废料总会存在长度不等的小块,当尺寸过小时,有可能卡入剪刃,从而导致生产线停机事故。介绍了一种新的尾部剪切模式,可避免切尾过程中小块的产生,保障生产的顺利进行。 The Double Cutting Shear is an important equipment in Continuous Galvanizing Line of Jiuquan Iron&Steel(Group)Co.Ltd.,which is responsible for removing the lead and tail of the raw material coil to ensure the welding quality.In actual production,because the length of coil can not be calculated completely accurately,there is also a deviation in the remaining length of the tail,and there will always be small pieces of waste with different length cut by double cutting,and when the small pieces are too small,it is possible to jam into the cutting edge,which will lead to the production line shutdown accident.In this paper,a new tail shear control method is introduced,which completely avoids the generation of small blocks in the tail cutting process,guaranteed the smooth progress of production.
